All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party partner (Printify). This allows us to deliver quality, on-demand apparel while supporting our mission through each sale.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product type. Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday volume.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally. However, customs and import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Wrong Address or Missing Package
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Living Proof Company is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, contact your local carrier first.
